The PharmD-MSCR Dual Degree Program is designed as an integrated four-year pathway. Students should expect costs and financial aid eligibility to differ from the standard PharmD-only program and from the stand-alone MSCR program.
Students will transition between primary enrollment in the PharmD program and the MSCR program and should be aware that costs and financial aid mechanisms may differ between the two. The overall cost of the dual degree program is expected to be equal to or less than the cost of obtaining each degree separately.
Students enrolled in the program are expected to be eligible for federal student loans and other loans or scholarships administered through UCSF, subject to standard financial aid rules and eligibility requirements.
Because the program is intensive and full-time, students should not expect to take on substantial outside employment while enrolled.
Applicants should consult UCSF Student Financial Services and the program contacts for the most current information about tuition, program charges, financial aid eligibility, scholarships, and cost-of-attendance estimates.
