Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Current student enrolled in the UCSF PharmD degree program
- In good academic standing after the P1 year
- Meet the eligibility requirements for the 11-month Interdisciplinary MPH program at UC Berkeley
Application Timeline

| P1 | July | Applicants begin the PharmD program at UCSF |
| P2 | Dec. 1 | Submit MPH application to UC Berkeley |
| P2 | Early March | UC Berkeley first round of admissions decisions |
| P2 | Mid-March | UC Berkeley secondary application deadline |
| P2 | Late March | UC Berkeley second round of admissions decision |
| Start of P3 | July | Begin the MPH program at UC Berkeley |
*P1 indicates the first year of pharmacy school, P2 is the second year of pharmacy school, and P3 is the third year of pharmacy school
