Objectives

The purpose of the retreat is to:

  1. Provide opportunities for members of the School of Pharmacy community to connect with each other, while also engaging and promoting a shared understanding and commitment to the school’s strategic plan.
  2. Explore the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the school’s strategic plan priorities, encouraging participants to understand the potential benefits and challenges associated with integrating AI technologies into various aspects of the school’s operations.
  3. Encourage active participation in all retreat activities and the provision of feedback on the strategic plan updates and AI discussions involving research, education, and clinical care/research.
  4. Contribute to developing actionable next steps for the strategic plan priorities.
