Collaboration and grant support
As a pharmacology core, we regularly support junior and established investigators at all project stages across therapeutic areas. This includes:
- Preliminary assay development.
- Drug-level analysis to support preliminary data.
- Assistance with grant writing related to quantitative methods and clinical pharmacology approaches.
- Mentorship for training and career development awards (e.g. K awards, RAP applications).
- Pharmacokinetic and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PKPD) analysis including noncompartmental analyses, population pharmacokinetic analyses, and other quantitative pharmacometric approaches.
- Assistance with relevant statistical analyses including basic viral and immune modeling.
- Manuscript preparation related to clinical pharmacology analyses.
