1. Under UCSF-specific essay question "Why UCSF?", make sure to mention your intention to apply to our PharmD-PhD program.
2. Under UCSF-specific essay question "Optional Information", include a Statement of Purpose. Make sure to mention your intention to apply to our PharmD-PhD program and describe your commitment to clinical education and research.
3. UCSF requires a minimum of three, and a maximum of four, Letters of Recommendation. At least two of your recommenders should be familiar with, and address, your research experience.
