Step1

Identify faculty members that align with your research interest

Step2

Meet with program leadership

Prospective applicants should contact the following program leaders with any program questions:

  • PharmD program: Joel W. Gonzales, director of PharmD admissions, at [email protected]
  • Graduate program: Isaac Kaijankoski, program manager of PSPG program, at [email protected]
     

Step3

Submit PharmD and PSPG applications by Dec. 1

Applicants will submit two applications by Dec. 1:

Application components include:

  • Statement of purpose
  • Curriculum vitae (CV)
  • Academic transcripts
  • Letters of recommendation
  • Research summary and experiences for the PhD program application 

Step4

Interviews and faculty review

Qualified applicants may be invited to:

  • Participate in PharmD program interview
  • Participate in PSPG program interviews to discuss research interests and career goals

Step5

Admission decisions

Admissions decisions are made independently by PharmD and PhD program leadership. You will:

  • Receive an admission decision from the PSPG program by the end of February
  • Be notified of a PharmD admission decision by March 1

Receiving an admission offer from one program does not guarantee admission to the other program.
