Tamoxifen (TM) in corn oil:

1. Dissolve 20mg/ml Tamoxifen in corn oil for 1 hr in a roller (hybridization oven) at 65C (protect tube from light with tin foil)
2. Keep your stock at +4C for up to a week
3. Before injecting, warm Tamoxifen at 65C for 10min
4. Use a 27-gauge needle and inject the mouse with 9mg/40gr body weight, 3x times, one every other day (you can do up to 5 injections continuously)
5. Determine recombination one week after the last TM injection

For pregnant females:

1. Inject once with 3mg/40gr body weight.
2. C. Section embryos and transfer them to a foster mother
