Facility

The Ahituv Lab is located at the UC San Francisco Mission Bay campus in Rock Hall. The Ahituv Lab houses state-of-the-art research facilities for molecular biology, developmental biology, and cell biology. The lab is part of open, shared lab space with adjacent facilities housing chemical hoods and shared large equipment such as shakers, incubators, high-speed centrifuges, autoclaves, gel visualization systems, dedicated cell culture rooms for biosafety level 2 work, microscope rooms, and dishwashing rooms. In addition, the lab has an additional room dedicated for computational biology and plenty of coffee options.
