Nick awarded an NIH K99/R00 grant

Congratulations to DGL post-doc Nick Polizzi for receiving the prestigious K99/R00 NIH Pathway to Independence Award for his proposal, "De novo design of small-molecule-binding proteins"! The award will fund Nick's work on developing the COMBS design method, which uses "van der Mers" to discover and build ligand-binding sites in proteins.
