On Wednesday, 25 June 2025, the current DeGrado Lab members and alumni gathered at Genentech Hall, UCSF Mission Bay, to celebrate Professor Bill DeGrado’s extraordinary contributions to protein design—and far beyond!

Included in a detailed Symposium program was a line-up of an oustanding roster of speakers from current members, alumni, and collaborators! Following the seminar series closing of memorable photos of bill and recordings of birthday wishes for those who couldn't attend in-person, the DeGrado lab members and alumni concluded the evening with a celebratory dinner!
