Membrane Transporter Genomics Laboratory
Department of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences
University of California San Francisco

We invite applications for positions specializing in transporter biology research. Dive deep into groundbreaking studies aimed at elucidating the endogenous roles of membrane transporters, with a spotlight on transporters in the blood-brain barrier (supported by NIH Grant). Additionally, engage in a dynamic project centered on orphan transporters in the kidney and liver (funded by NIH Grant).

Transporters are pivotal in pharmacology and are becoming cornerstone targets in drug discovery and development initiatives. By joining our team, you'll participate in a multifaceted, translational project, collaborating with UCSF experts spanning structural biology, pharmacogenomics, clinical pharmacology, mouse genetics, and bioinformatics.
