Fun Fact: I had salmonella bacteremia (sepsis) 10 years ago! I was not a professional at that time, so I'm not 100% sure which antibiotic healthcare team tried. But I remember they tried three different cycles of antibiotics to treat me. I ended up going to the operation room to wash out the area (pelvic area) but I felt like that experience was a memorable time changing my whole career plan.
