Program Overview
Purpose & Objectives
The UC Pharmacy Well-Being Promotion (WellPro) Program is designed to enhance the professional well-being of the pharmacy workforce within the University of California Health system. Program objectives include: provide tools to manage stress, promote individual well-being, and sustain a positive culture of wellness within the workforce.
Description
The UC Pharmacy WellPro Program is a webinar series focused on well-being topics. Each webinar is 1.25 hours in duration and approved for both pharmacist and pharmacy technician continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credit. Each session will require a pre-work assignment consisting of a reading materials, a pre-reflection prompt and/or short video modules. Participants should review the requirements for each session in the applicable tabs. Each session will be facilitated by a content expert to guide the large group discussion, with an emphasis on interactive teaching and small group discussion. All recordings will be made available after each session for later viewing, and may be submitted for CPE credit up to 2 weeks after the live session.

UC Pharmacy Well-Being Certificate
Participants that complete all program requirements will earn a UC Pharmacy Well-Being Certificate. The program requirements include the completion of all pre-work assignments, attendance to all 5 webinars (live or recorded), and completion of a program evaluation form. The program evaluation will provide participants with an opportunity to provide feedback on the program, and will be asked to describe how they have applied the skills/strategies that they have learned in the UC Pharmacy WellPro Program.

Individuals interested in earning a UC Well-Being Certificate are asked to submit a Program Attestation and Self-Reflection Form. To be eligible, attendees must have completed:

Therapy Assistance Online (TAO)
Therapy Assistance Online (TAO)
Therapy Assistance Online (TAO) is an online platform that offers self-guided tools to enhance an individual's well-being and prevent burnout. The platform consists of educational and interactive modules, along with practice tools. Participants may also use the journal and progress measures to assess their own well-being journey. The TAO platform is free for all UC employees. Suggested modules to view in advance of each webinar are provided.
