How to get Secondary Password via DUO app:

  1. Make sure Duo Mobile is downloaded on your mobile device and connected to your UCSF account.

  2. Click on caret icon to generate a 6 digit code. This will serve as a secondary password as shown below circled in red.

  3. To generate a new password, click on the refresh icon. You will need a new secondary password each time you attempt to log into Pulse Secure.
