Michael P. Howington

Michael Howington is an Atlanta native and caretaker for his wife. His wife suffers from CKD and began dialysis in January of 2019, transitioning to home hemodialysis in March 2020. They have adult children, three rescue dogs, and a parrot. He is a professional actor, minister, and formerly worked in the IT and Accounting industries. After staying by his wife's side, watching her health decline and nearly die, he is an advocate for Kidney Disease, treatment innovations, dialysis, and overall raising public awareness.
