HIPAA Training (Patient Privacy) Requirement

This requirement applies to all PharmD students.

Requirement

As members of the UC San Francisco (UCSF) campus community, all UCSF students are responsible for understanding and following the privacy and security regulations, which fall under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Entering PharmD students must complete all required HIPAA trainings and upload the associated documentation to E*Value by the established deadlines and prior to beginning IPPEs.
